Services include one-on-one consultations, strategy sessions, and ongoing guidance delivered in person or via remote channels.

2.2 Booking and Delivery

Schedule your session by completing the contact form. Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

2.3 Cancellation, Refund and Transfer

Customers may cancel a service booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund processed within 14 days. Cancellation within 48 hours will not be refunded due to the reserved time slot and preparatory work. You may request to transfer your session to a new date at no extra charge, subject to availability.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Access and Delivery

Digital products, such as guides, templates, and courses, are delivered via secure download links after payment.

3.2 Refund Policy

Purchasers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided the content has not been downloaded or accessed beyond the first module. To initiate a refund, complete the Contact Us form. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days.

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Physical items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary.

4.2 Returns and Refunds

You may return goods within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, complete the Contact Us form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Alternatively, you may request an exchange or store credit.
